Quick and Easy Chicken Burgers

I am very excited to share this chicken burger recipe with you all. Making chicken burgers from scratch in a limited time can’t get any easier than this. You only need a handful of ingredients, some good music and 30 minutes or so. Serve these burgers over salsa or bun or lettuce or just eat as is… there is no judging involved!!

Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Chicken
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
2 Ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled
2 Cloves Garlic, grated
¼ Teaspoon Salt or to taste
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped

Process

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients EXCEPT ground chicken.
  2. Add ground chicken to the bowl, use a fork to mix everything quickly and gently until well combined. Do not over mix!
  3. Form the chicken mix into patties about 1-inch thick.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and cook the burgers for 6 minutes on each side.
