Peanut butter is a great source of proteins and potassium and helps fortify our bones and muscles. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, these decadent truffles are for you. Most of the post workout energy drinks and protein shakes are loaded with sugar and caffeine. Skip the caffeine and sugar; try these proteins and antioxidants loaded truffles instead and make your workout effective.
